The life of grace

The seven Sacraments

Christ’s gifts through His Church. They are efficacious signs of grace, not symbols we invent to feel religious. Each page says what the Sacrament is, where it stands in Scripture, how the Church celebrates it, and what it does. The wording is an Explanation (One True Faith). The paragraph numbers send you to the Holy See’s Catechism.

The Eucharist

What happens at Mass

A film for someone who has never been to Mass, or who has been and was never told what they were seeing. It stays with the Consecration: the Priest speaks the words of Christ, and the bread and wine become Jesus.

What Happens During Mass? (A Visual Film on the Consecration). Catholic Aesthetics, on YouTube, under their terms. The film plays here. If the player does not start, open the same film on YouTube.
